First things first: we are a nonprofit deeply committed to creating a sustainable society. And those aren’t just words to us – we truly believe the work we do will help bring about the change needed to sustain the planet for centuries to come. Because we are so passionate about getting people inspired and engaged in the building of a sustainable society – locally, nationally, globally – we work hard to make sure hundreds of environmental groups have the online tools needed to accomplish real social change.

Now, about the money.

As you are well aware, technology is not cheap.  So we’ve created a way to make it affordable to nonprofits. Through generous funders and individual donations we are able to subsidize the cost to environmental nonprofits.

Then, there’s our technology.

We are experts, like big-time experts, in the tools we use to build websites, databases, and email & social media tools. Our web developers are leaders in the software development community, and our database consultants are certified Salesforce.com experts. And what makes us so special (if we do say so ourselves) is we offer the whole package: online communications strategy, awesome websites that are super easy for non-technical staff to use, powerful databases for managing your communities, and email broadcasting & social media tools essential to the work you do.
