Many of you have been using Megaphone 1.0 to send letters via your website to important decision makers, business leaders, and community leaders.

With Megaphone 2.0, visitors can now sign a petition on your website. You set up the petition and customize the form each petitioner is asked to complete. Each person who signs the petition is then automatically thanked by you with a customized email.

Megaphone also allows you to display the total number of signatures your petition has collected. You can show this on any page of your Plone website, along with the number of recent signers.

To save the petition signer’s information, you can export the data or have the information automatically entered into your Salesforce database.
