Integrated Email

People often come into Salesforce as Leads from an email updates form or campaign form. The Lead Conversion Wizard makes turning these Leads into Contacts easy while also avoiding duplicates.
Automated Donor Totals
This feature calculates donation history and key metrics are shown on the Contact record.

Contacts who make a gift related to a Campaign are automatically recorded as Donors on that Campaign.

Successful relationship development with a constituent means strengthening the bond over time. Leadership Ladders are a way to track the actions that constituents take. By connecting a Contact to an Action, you can automatically create a picture of their Leadership Activities over time.
Jurisdictions
Jurisdictions are Counties, Legislative Districts, Congressional Districts, Ridings etc. They allow for connecting Activities and People to geographic places.
Outcomes Tracking
Outcomes can be real-world decisions an organization wants to influence (legislation, rules, buying decisions, etc.) and sometimes they are less concrete (increasing capacity, changing positioning, etc.) The Outcomes Tracking module helps an organization connect those Outcomes to the work being recorded in the database.
Plone-Salesforce Integration
