What does it do?

• A User can use the Lead Converter to see all new Leads
• Possible duplicates are suggested and a User can connect a new Lead to an existing Contact or create a new Contact
• If a Lead is created with donation data, an Opportunity can be easily created on Conversion

How does it help?

Leads need to be checked to avoid lots of duplicate Contacts in your system. The standard Lead Conversion functionality in Salesforce is hard to use. The Lead Conversion Wizard makes this faster and easier, as well as enforcing your data standards.
