What is it?
Successful relationship development with constituent means strengthening the bond over time. Leadership Ladders are a way to track the actions that constituents take. By connecting a Contact to an Action, you can automatically create a picture of their Leadership Activities over time.
What does it do?
- Each action can be assigned a Leadership Level
- Any Contact who takes that action, gets credit for one action at that level
- Aggregate Leadership metrics are shown on the Contact record
- Number of Actions Taken
- Number of Actions at each Leadership Level
- Date of First Action
- Date of Last Action
- Average Leadership Level of Actions
How does it help?
Keeping track of leaders is difficult once the leader base gets above a certain size. Automatic calculation of Leadership Levels helps quantify the leadership being shown. The Leadership Metrics allow you to create highly targeted lists of people, and provide them with an appropriate next action.
