PloneFormGen is short for Plone Form Generator. Just like the name implies, this add-on product will allow you to create custom web forms for use on your Plone website.

The look and feel of each form is highly customizable, right down to the order of the form fields, form labels, the thank you page, and even the submit and cancel buttons.

In addition to the form itself, PloneFormGen allows you to email the results to any number of recipients and store the information right on your website, for download later.
