Make It Personal: A Video Gallery
To make the issue of climate change more accessible to site visitors to the USCAN (U.S. Climate Action Network) website, we worked with USCAN to create a video-only section of the site where visitors can view clips from USCAN press conferences, stories from cities with a commitment to going green, interviews with advocates working on policy development, and inspiring days of action from Tck Tck Tck working to grab the attention of world leaders on issues of climate.
To make the issue of climate change more accessible to site visitors to the USCAN (U.S. Climate Action Network) website, we worked with USCAN to create a video-only section of the site where visitors can view clips from USCAN press conferences, stories from communities with a commitment to going green, interviews with political and business leaders working on climate advocacy and policy development, and inspiring days of action from Tck Tck Tck to grab the attention of world leaders on issues of climate.
USCAN is an affiliate network of the Climate Action Network (CAN), a worldwide network of more than 400 Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) from 85 countries working to promote government, private sector and individual action to limit human-induced climate change to ecologically sustainable levels.
USCAN also is a partner of the Global Campaign on Climate Action (GCCA). In 2009, GCCA launched the Tck, Tck, Tck campaign to gain a new climate agreement in Copenhagen. The Tck, Tck, Tck project includes the Union of Concerned Scientists, Pew Environment Group, Oxfam International, Greenpeace International, Christian Aid, World Council of Churches, World Wildlife Fund, 350, Avaaz, E3G, Global Humanitarian Forum, Global Call to Action against Poverty, and other leading NGOs in over thirty nations.
