Spring Street Center

Spring Street Center is at 15th and Spring on Capitol Hill and has a chapel with stage that seats 80 theater style and a reception hall with kitchen that also seats 80. The Canal

 
The Canal gives you a waterfront view of the historic Hiram M. Chittenden Locks in Ballard from every part of this exquisite venue. It has a large outdoor covered and heated patio which can be used year round for cocktails or wedding ceremonies. Their facility offers a 1400 sq. ft. dining room that  seats 80 guests along with buffet and service tables, and has a 220 sq.ft. stage for a speaker or presentation. Adjacent to the dining room is a recently updated kitchen, and a lobby with men's and women's restrooms.

Upstairs is a  conference room (2100 sq.ft.), with an additional stage (150 sq.ft.) and large foyer (600 sq.ft). The conference room provides  views of the Seattle skyline, and seats up to 180. The upper foyer can be separated from the conference room, and provides a convenient space for break-out groups or conference facilitation.

 
Stone Soup Theatre

The UpStage is approximately 1000 sq. ft., seating 47 people in a 3/4 thrust configuration.

The DownStage is approximately 2200 sq. ft. in a 3/4 thrust configuration, with 600 additional sq. ft. for dressing room and concessions, seating up to

63 people for performances or up to 80 when used for meetings or presentations.

Rates range from $10/hour to $175 per day.

Present Sense

Present Sense is a Community Art and Mindfulness Center located in Wallingford. There is a two room space available for rent for classes, workshops, groups, performances/readings, special parties and a host of other events.

A large room, and also a more intimate room are available. Convenient, parking lot next door, cafés in the area that you could probably get to cater. The space is geared to host large screen demos/PowerPoint presentations.

 

Seattle Art Museum

Has a meeting/party room just off their cafe for about $100.

Great Hall at Union Station

 
Built in 1911 and knows as an architectural masterpiece, The Great Hall at Union Station is located in Seattle’s Pioneer Square and International District. Restored in 1999, the stunning interior is dominated by a central barrel-vaulted ceiling, antique tile floors and classical pilasters accented by a series of archways. Freehold Theatre Lab/Studio

Freehold Theatre has three rehearsal spaces available to rent hourly: the Bev Kelly Library, the Acting Studio, and the Black Box Theatre. The Black Box Theatre is also available to rent as a performance space. Their spaces are available for daytime and evening rentals and are available for rehearsals, meetings, special events and performances.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday – 08:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
For evening meetings: attendees must exit the building by the time indicated above. Clean up must be completed within 15 minutes after the closing time. Security Guard will close the building and set the alarm within another 15 minutes.

Fisher Board Rooms: Holds a maximum of 80 people in classroom style; holds 30 people comfortably in U–shaped setup
Week Days: $50.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum, or $350.00 per day.

Meeting Materials and AV Needs:
PPGNW does not provide easels or poster paper; however we do have two sets of white boards and markers in each room. Computer Smart Screen (LCD) rental is available only in the Fisher Rooms at a cost of $75.00, with arrangements for usage made in advance. VCR/TV usage is included with the LCD rental. If you need to hook up laptops, use VCR or DVD, please inform your PPGNW contact.

Accessibility:
If any of your guests require special accessibility, please arrange for this in advance through your PPGNW contact. Handicap parking is available. The building has an elevator.

Parking: The parking lot is adequate only for PPGNW staff members, patients and short term visitors. Please park off site at all times.

Located on the southwest side of Vashon Island, just a 15 minute ferry ride from West Seattle, Tacoma or Southworth. Organized in cabin clusters, lodging and program space can be assigned to accommodate small or large groups. Main camp (excluding Wrangler) has heated overnight accommodations for 240, plus 225 in non-heated facilities. Rounds Hall, a large dining hall and meeting room, seats up to 400. Our newest unit, Wrangler, has overnight accommodations for 60. Guests provide their own bedding and toiletries for all Sealth facilities. "It's a Catholic retreat center that also rents to non-profits (non-religious).I can't remember exactly how many rooms it had but I believe we were able to sleep 60. I believe you use their food service, which was quite good and plentiful. We could bring in drinks (even alcohol was allowed) and snacks for our events. There are several meeting rooms of various sizes. When we used it in Feb, it had only been re-opened for 2-3 months--the facility is brand new now and very nice. Each room is individual, with private baths. We were quite pleased and would use it again."

Harmony Hill is two hours from Seattle and about an hour from Olympia or the Bremerton ferry, on the south shore of Hood Canal, with a spectacular view of the Olympics and Hood Canal. We have overnight accommodations for up to 30, with a possibility for additional accommodations at a neighboring retreat center. We can handle groups of 50 - potentially more - for day use, depending on activity. Harmony Hill also has beautiful gardens, three outdoor labyrinths, walking trails and beach access.

We have rooms that have comfortable seating for four, eight, or up to 50 people. Each of our meeting rooms also has easy access to our kitchen facilities so coffee and tea are just a short walk away.

If your workspace is at your home or on the road, or your current space doesn’t have a large enough meeting place for your growing company, you can rent out our meeting rooms by the hour, ½ day, full day, evening, or weekend.

All of our meeting rooms are fully furnished, impeccably clean, have sophisticated communication tools, and are wired for Internet and WiFi access.

Overnight accommodations include comfortable lodges, with ample sitting areas around central stone fireplaces to discuss the day's events. Comfortable Accommodations - All lodges are heated with an extensive radiant-heat system under the natural cork, cement, and reclaimed fir flooring. Solar-heated water is used in all faucets. Each lodge features a spacious log-beam great room complete with rustic artisan furniture, a soaring hand-hewn fireplace made from indigenous stone, and wireless internet service.

Four lodges feature 53 spacious guest rooms, each with private bath and organic linens. We offer Single, Double, Triple or Quad occupancy depending on your group needs

Stone Manor

 

This beautiful venue has stone, brick, tile and marble accents, large windows, a stage and spectacular dance floor area. Stone Manor is conveniently located off I-5 in Tukwila and is known for it’s contemporary setting coupled with old world charm. Plenty of complimentary parking and it can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Mosaic Coffee House is absolutely awesome. They have a free den you can reserve. They're behind Dick's DriveIn on 45th in Wallingford, in the basement of the church there. Their website is MosaicCoffeeHouse.org.
