Submit a Story
The Health and Environmental Funders Network (HEFN) Stories Project showcases videos from groups all over the country promoting environmental health and justice in their own communities. We designed the inviting, easy-to-navigate webpage and implemented the functionality that allows the HEFN staff to easily embed video, audio, and text from organizations submitting their stories.
Make It Personal: A Video Gallery
To make the issue of climate change more accessible to site visitors to the USCAN (U.S. Climate Action Network) website, we worked with USCAN to create a video-only section of the site where visitors can view clips from USCAN press conferences, stories from cities with a commitment to going green, interviews with advocates working on policy development, and inspiring days of action from Tck Tck Tck working to grab the attention of world leaders on issues of climate.
250,000 Loonies Make Their Way Across Canada
Have you heard about the No Tankers Loonies campaign? (Say what?) Dogwood Initiative, a land reform organization in British Columbia, distributed hundreds of thousands of removable "No Tankers" decals for residents to affix to the $1 Loonie coin. Each decal spreads the word about oil spills from proposed Tar Sands Tankers on the coast of BC's Great Bear Rainforest. Dogwood Initiative wanted to track the No Tankers Loonies as they make their way across Canada and beyond, so we created a form and mapping tool that lets people post their No Tankers Loonies sightings to Dogwood’s website. Those Loonies are everywhere!

Audubon Society of Portland promotes the understanding, enjoyment, and protection of native birds, other wildlife and their habitats. We focus on our local community and the Pacific Northwest.
Facebook, Twitter and the Oregon Environmental Council
Over the past few years, we’ve worked with OEC to launch a new website, set up targeted email campaigns, and build online certification for eco-friendly childcare centers. We recently integrated a Facebook Fan Box and a Twitter feed application on their website, allowing first-time and repeat site visitors easy access to OEC’s Facebook news feed, their Twitter feed, as well as the opportunity to connect with other OEC supporters they know.

Alaska Conservation Voters (ACV) is a non-partisan, Alaska-based organization that supports pro-conservation candidates and advocates for conservation policy.
Climate Solutions
In June 2008, Climate Solutions contracted with Groundwire to update their email newsletter template for use in Vertical Response for Salesforce. Through this integration, Climate Solutions is now able to not only track email statistics, but also use the power of Salesforce to create reports and list segmentations to better focus the communication efforts of the organization.

Food Alliance is a nonprofit organization that certifies farms, ranches and food handlers practicing sustainable agriculture and socially-responsible commerce in the food industry.
Sightline Daily
The daily (and weekly) email newsletter from the Sightline Institute. This newsletter is automatically composed from pieces of various pages on the Sightline Daily website. Sightline Daily is the most technically sophisticated newsletter project we have completed.
